Paul & Ryan make their annual pilgrimage down to the Palometa Club every April to fish the waters south of Tulum, MX for a variety of saltwater flats species. But let's be honest here...we all know what they're really after: permit. In Ryan's new short film we see a couple, Wes and Lauren, work to each make a connection to their first Ascension Bay permit.
