To the uninitiated, Shark-gnato may seem some sorta fantasy creature, but Lowcountry locals know better. Shark-gnatos is real, ravenous, bloodsucking and dog-ass gnasty. Homegrown advice for keepin’ ‘em off runs the gamut from not bathing or brushing your teeth to applying questionable salves and potions. We recommend simply coverin’ up with Flood Tide Co. threads, but when you hear ‘em a-hummin’ and that cloud of tiny circling fins appears—you probably should just run.
